James Labrosse Trio is the format in which James performs most of his original compositions and arrangements. 

It is guitar-driven music in the flamenco/folk/world/jazz genres, accompanied by upright bass and percussion kit. 

COMPASS TRIO is a band based out of NYC that delicately blends music traditions and sounds from the Indian Classical music (Raga) world with elements of Flamenco, Folk and Jazz.
